Seminars on French influence in Malta at the Senglea Marittima Festival, Friday 17th - Sunday 19th June, Senglea - Flimkien għal Ambjent Aħjar (FAA) is supporting Senglea Local Council in this year’s Senglea Marittima Festival with the aim of increasing awareness of Senglea`s historical heritage.

27th November 2010 - UNDERGROUND FLOUR MILL AND ROMAN BATHS WALK - The following Saturday 27th November we shall be holding a heritage walk at the Under Ground Emergency Flour Mill and Roman Baths at Xemxija. The Mill is one out of seven underground flour mills built in Malta during the Cold War in the ‘50s in order to ensure supplies of bread to the population in case of a crisis.

16th October 2010 - FLORIANA BASTIONS WALK, 2:30 pm - On this visit of the Ospizio area of the Floriana Lines, Dr. Stephen Spiteri, Malta’s pre-eminent authority on fortifications, walked FAA members and guests through Magazine Curtain, la Vittoria Bastion and the Bastion of Provence.

15th April 2010 - FAA International Night - The FAA International Night held on Thursday 15th April 2010 at the Fortizza, Sliema, had an excellent attendance by Maltese and expatriates alike who took a keen interest in our presentation on Malta's heritage and environment, which was followed by a pacy debate on the attitudes, problems and solutions in this field.
